Richard Bier is the best person in the real estate business that we ve ever worked with. From the very start he was extremely helpful and understanding. We really felt like he listened and addressed all our concerns.
We applied for an incredible apartment, which was hands down our first choice, but unfortunately got rejected. But Richard really fought for us and in the end we got to rent the apartment of our dreams! It would have definitely not been possible without him. He never gave up on us, and throughout the whole process he always answered every little question promptly. Great communication skills and extremely dedicated professional.
Finding an apartment for us was a very lengthy and weary process, so we re very grateful to Richard for having made the whole experience more seamless and enjoyable!
