I called 10am on a Tuesday, wait time, 1 min or less.
The router / wifi tech identified 2.4 interference, and split my dual band managed router to 2.4 / 5g in less than a min.
I used to be a wifi tech for Comcast and this process would have taken 5 mins on a good day, more for the script the agent is forced to read you, not the case with consolidated.
Company 5/5, agent 5/5 . Great tech support!
Also surprised they are running fiber, great infastructure! And the price seems about right.
