I have had no personal experience with this facility other than knowing a CNA that I trained (I am a nurse) that works there. I was investigating geriatric psychiatrists and your facility came up. It seems to me that you are doing your facility harm in the public venue by offering only canned responses to every post
It smacks of a lack of caring and respect. If you cannot personalize your responses, do not respond at all. Over and over I read verbatim responses. I was looking for my mother but because of this obvious lack of caring I am not at all certain this facility would be a good fit for our family. Ann Kaufhold
