I am beyond disappointed with our experience with EcoMark. Our roof was damaged in a hail storm and we needed to have the panels removed before the roof could be replaced. The crew did not show up on the scheduled day and it was not communicated to us that it got pushed back. The roofing crew was scheduled to replace the roof the day after the panels were removed, however, they were unable to do so because of EcoMark's failure to show up as scheduled. This resulted in the roof being pushed back a week and worst of all the materials that were dropped off to complete the roof were stolen and had to be replaced. This happened in November, the roof was completed and we passed the inspection. We then were told the panels would not be reinstalled until January 27th, which was yesterday. Well, guess who didn't show up again as scheduled. We have now been without solar for 3 months all while still paying for it. I have asked twice via email and voicemails for a phone call to discuss and they could not even be bothered to do that. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I don't even want to leave 1 star.
