I really enjoyed my experience. I came in late after work and was greeted right way. I already had a car in mind before coming in and Everett Banks found me the car I wanted to test drive immediately. I enjoyed that he did not pressure me into other cars and explained the process of Driver's World prior to driving the vehicle. Once he realized I have a very limited time during the week to look at vehicles, he let me "demo" the car I wanted for an evening to show my husband and to discuss the purchase of the vehicle and to make sure it was a great deal. There is not negotiating of prices like going to other dealerships and they ask you "what is my price to beat." They take the lowest price on the car whether it is the online price or the price in the vehicle on the lot. They also gave me two trade in prices for my previous vehicle "the KBB price and Driver's World price." Driver's world price was $500 more than the KBB value. Everett made my first car buying experience enjoyable, instead of taking me to cars out of the price range I gave him or colors I did not like which other dealerships did. Thank you Everett Banks.
