Unfortunately I can not give a negative star. I bought a hitch from them and the welds were horrible. The bolts never lined up and the installer charged me extra to install the hitch. In Sept I contact CS Tyler Helland and he promised to see if he could help reimburse me for the inconvenience. It is December, I have contacted him 5 times and they are still trying to "See what they can do." To make it worse Tyler emailed me the Product # for the trailer lights. He said it was a 56201. Well when I called and said it was missing the power cable he said I really needed a 59201. They refused to send the extra part and so I had to pay more as it was more than a kit price. They Lie and they misinform and they do not care, So much for "buy American."
