I love the dealership, it is where I bought my car and where I will continue to go back. But I had a few issues with my service today, however when Steve the service manager contacted me he expressed his apologies and explained that the issues were not all my service advisors fault. Which, now I understand. Steve also has resolved the other issues I had that were out of the service advisors control. I will definitely continue to come back for service!
