Last week I put a deposit down on a used 335i at Otto's, after being told that it was in immaculate condition, never winter driven, and after getting the price I wanted. I checked everything one should check when buying a used car. Stupidly, I trusted the salespeople at Otto's BMW, and drove all the way from Kingston to finish the transaction. The car was far from being in immaculate condition and had telltale signs of being winter driven. I got my deposit back and wasted my day. After I asked why it wasn't in the condition advertised, the salesperson said something along the lines of, "well it would have been if you hadn't got me to reduce the price so much." Do not deal with these people unless you're going to buy a new car at the price they ask, or else you're just wasting your time.
