Hi, I have submitted my medical and optical bills.. It's been more than 2 month and there is no response. I received an email 2 weeks ago to send the documents again. I sent all the documents again mentioning my referral number on all documents. still there is no response from the relationsclient department. There is no response even after sending repeated emails. There is no update in the client area also. Worst after sales service. They called me repteadly while purchasing the insurance. But now they don't show up.
