Employees were very friendly and easy to talk to on the phone and in person. Not only did they find out what was wrong with my laptop in a short amount of time (I thought it was something else), they gave me advice so I wouldn't run into the same problem in the future. They were able to repair my computer under a time-constraint, which I was very pleased with. Prices are very fair compared to other local computer stores. I am highly satisfied with my experience with Power Up Computers, and will definitely be a returning customer next time something goes wrong with my computer!
