I am very frustrated with this situation. I know and I do understand you guys are moving to a new location. As a result of no way to contact you by phone several times or email I went in person to speak with some one at the new location she promised to sent my account buyout information to my email and until today never got anything. This is very irresponsible. I will see if this is a better way to get in contact with somebody.
