I have had a horrible experience with customer service in attempt to get an auto draft of a full mortgage payment reimbursed after selling. Consider this your warning to cancel those auto drafts well in advance. The representatives did not compete the address change I gave when I called first of the year to initiate the refund and the refund check was never seen. Seven weeks, four long phone calls later and I can verify that the check was reissued ten days ago (2/14) Fingers crossed I receive it shortly. I was told by a supervisor that 30 days had to pass from the issue date of the initial check before they could reissue. I asked if there was any way to expedite the second check and the supervisors response was to put a request into the manager to reissue a few days early (on 2/10) but the check was not reissued sooner. I asked about express shipping, the answer was no. This company has taken no steps to rectify its error and it will be essentially two months to receive my money back. As customers we face harsh penalties for being days late much less two months late on a payment. I find this unprofessional and frustrating.
