We have stayed here the last 3 years and it has been great.....this last stay, this past week, was by far the worst time we have ever had anywhere. I am so disappointed. We even checked out 3 days early and moved to a different hotel. The worst customer service by far.....the only nice person that helped try to make things right was named Casey, thank you Casey. Have even left the manager and GM a couple voicemails and still have not heard back 5 days later. I will not recommmend this place to anyone again and we will not be back. Also just to put the cherry on top of our bad stay....we did not get checked into our room until after 530 welll after normal check in....to be told they were fully booked so getting rooms ready took longer.....we go up to our room and to what do we see.... a MAID sitting in a window by the elevator, not cleaning rooms but watching a wedding on their property and she was LIVE STREAMING it on FB....which I bet she did NOT have any permission to do so.
