The rooms are regular. From floors 2 to 10, the floors are dirty with stains. Let me not forget the pungent weed smell when we came off the elevator. Had to change floors.
Some of the staff are friendly but most are forcing themself to be nice but passive aggressive. Lol

Overall this place is Nice. But I wouldn't come back because it's not full luxury on all floors. It's not worth the "5 Star" rating.
