Terrible service with a condescending attitude. Bought a used MacBook Pro from them 2 months ago and the hard drive failed. It took them 3 days to diagnose the issue. I had to call repeatedly throughout the week to get information about the progress of the diagnosis/repair updates because they never honored their word and called when they said they would call. They received my computer on a Monday morning and by Friday afternoon my computer was still not repaired. My understanding is it only takes 15 minutes to switch out a hard drive. I learned this from talking with a friend about the terrible experience I was having with my computer repair. I usually like to shop local and support local businesses. I also usually do not write reviews of complaint but their service was so extraordinarily poor that I felt it necessary to write a review in case it can save anyone else from ever setting foot in their place of business. I will only deal directly with Apple Stores from now on. I learned through this experience "Apple Authorized" means very little.

If you like extraordinarily poor service with a condescending attitude this is your kinda place. If not, stay away from West World.
