Horrible, greedy company that takes advantage of the elderly. Beware.
I worked with one of your real estate agents Scott Axelrod out of Garland Texas on a property 201 N International rd. Not only was this the worst experience we have ever had with a real estate agent, this guy is just all around terrible at his job. He canceled appointments, showed up late, forgot about meeting times. Took over a week to get our application to the owner and when we asked questions for the owner to answer he would just answer himself. I would be furious if I was the owner because Scott lost this deal. We walked away from the business just because of how terrible this guy was. If you want to make your company better you need to get this guy in line or let him go. If I could give this negative stars I would.
Had a wonderful experience working with Lance Woodward on my search for commercial property in the Plano, Frisco, McKinney area. Lance was very prompt to reply to my emails and was incredibly friendly over the phone. I would definitely contact him again for my real estate needs in the future. This company has been around for over 100 years, and I can see that it's because they take pride in their work and earnestly seek to serve their customers' needs.
