I am a digi-direct regular customer. I have spent a lot of money (happily because it is my hobby) getting film and photos developed. Usually the customer service is great. However yesterday and today I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I dropped my film in soon after opening time to be printed and put in my drop box. $25. Usually by the end of the day my film is ready and in my drop box. Today I rang them up, more than 24hrs later to be put on hold several times and told they were "extremely busy" and told by a girl that had she been working she would have told me my prints would take a lot longer then usual. Whoever served me on the phone made me feel very silly for ringing and stupid for thinking my film as usual would ready quickly. Putting me on hold 3 times is unnecessary. It is obvious that had not begun developing my film. I'm worried that I might have to look elsewhere to get my film developed in the future. Disappointing. Nothing is in my dropbox still.
