Been "with them" (and I say that VERY loosely) for...

Been "with them" (and I say that VERY loosely) for over a year and have NEVER been sent on a job, don't waste your time... they didn't help me at all.... but I guess my 20 plus years of experience meant nothing at all to them and maybe they just want recent college grads only.... :(
