Their official seller, Live It Up, provide exchange but you need to personally go down to their location to do it. For returns, you have to waste time to drop it off at the ninjavan dropoff points. What's the point of buying online then? Have to pray everytime you make a purchase? Better off buying from Qoo10 and Shopee. Qoo10 will arrange for pickup from your location and Shopee will reimburse whatever courier company you used to return the faulty products, without you stepping out of your house.
