We are trying to buy out our lease. Financing was already set through our bank. First, no call back from Grubbs for 2 days. After 2nd call asked for appt. with finance. Ended up with guy in sales not finance. He insisted they had to inspect our car and wanted $500 to do that. Why would we pay $500 to inspect our own car???? One of the inspections was the state one which we did on Monday. But that wasn't good enough. What a scam this all seemed to be. The whole thing was a disaster with extra fees not listed on the lease papers. Finally got our car back and will let the bank deal with Nissan. I have bought more than 6 cars at that dealership but won't buy another one there.
