Alex Caballero helped us rent our Manhattan apartment in the midst of COVID, during one of the worst rental markets we have ever seen. He was very professional and respectful, and a great communicator. He helped us deal with an incredibly difficult landlord. I had tried for weeks to find tenants on my own, and failed. But Alex knew what he was doing, and as soon as we brought him on, he had clients lined up for us. If one fell through, he was immediately showing to the next person on the list, that same day. I highly recommend Alex and look forward to working with him again!
