Both women at the front desk were rude and when asked politely with a question, were short tempered and poorly mannered. They also responded to the customer before me in a similar fashion. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wouldn t know anything either. So, I was not allowed to speak to the manager to ask for help, therefore, I m at a loss what to do to resolve my issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I think treating people with respect is paramount in business.
