If ever you are desiring to experience the stereot...

If ever you are desiring to experience the stereotypical mischievous, dishonest dealer, then good news!

Here at the basic facts of my day.

Over the phone I was promised that my deal was possible, if I can come in the same day because they were desperate to sell a car as they have only sold 5 for the day. I was feeling optimistic as Mr. Eduardo "seemed" kind. After driving the car, we sat down to discuss the details of the deal that I was under the impression was already done. Wrong.

The advertised price was $14,888, but upon arriving I was told this price is just to get customers into the door, they have additional add-ons to the price (edge guards, tint and other things you don't want or need) that ups the price by $2000. So already, lies. Moving forward, this particular car had a damage report on the carfax, a fact that the salesman tried numerous times to have me ignore. Wanting to cut through the typical salesman pitch, I was approached by Tim, the sales manager who told me outright that the deal that I was promised over the phone was absolutely not possible. I was made this promise just to get me in the door so they could try and scam me out of my hard earned money.

I took my keys to leave, and as I was merging into traffic Eduardo runs to my car offering me $15,500 out the door (the promised price was $15,000 OTD) I denied the offer, but said if he could get me my promised price I would take the car. After waiting even longer in the parking lot he comes back out and offers me $15,800. They are incapable of keeping their work for even a few minutes. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. They have no respect for their customers time and are only interested in scamming you to come in so they can rip you off with hidden fees and add-ons that are not advertised.

1 star is the lowest this system will allow, and quite frankly, generous.
