I was hired 2 days ago ,and let go one the second ...

I was hired 2 days ago ,and let go one the second day ,they had a lady who ever she was to come out to my car and tell me that they did not need my services any more , I asked her why she said because the cameras she that my production wasn't good enough basically, they never took me in or even talk to me about anything after they told me I was let go , only after 2 day ,I was not even trained ,I was just told quick what to do and just do it , there machines don't work properly to even make the production on time and they only have 4 to five people working to get this production done with all the problems they have with the machines, the lead don't even do nothing ,she walks around does paper work and goes some were till it's time again to check on us and the production and then goes somewhere again , people try to help and show you new things and she repamands them for teaching someone, I think for the short time she has been lead she needs more training like I should have had , so no I don't recamend working for this company based on there action in the lack of professionalism they have , , that was so wrong in how they did there process in letting some one go with out giving that person the honest reason they let them go , shame on your company , hope you can find God and professionalism because you need it bad
