Had my Lounge suit delivered through Titus Transport. I was informed that someone would call to confirm delivery. Did not receive any calls, and when I called to check on the status of delivery the CS person told me it had been delivered that morning, when I was at work.
I had to rush home to check, as I didn't want my lounge set sitting around on the driveway all day in the rain.

The delivery guys had the decency to put the boxes under cover in front of the door, but they had blocked the front door and was a struggle to even get into the house.

A courtesy call prior to delivery would have sufficed and I would have arranged to be home for the delivery. Instead of having to rush home in the middle of work day.

Good company with great staff willing to go that extra mile for their customers

Met the owners of Titus Transport. They were a awesome bunch of guys and there crew were awesome to deal with. I'm a linehaul operator and they have a real awesome attitude towards the industry. They are freight forwarders from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island. For all your freight needs call Titus Transport. Personally I would like to drive their trucks doing linehaul. They are really family orientated and believe it's about Quality before Quantity but don't get me wrong They have all the right gear if you need to cart Quantity they have the machines and man power to achieve it. Disappointingly Unreliable

Titus was the nominated transport company of a furniture shop I had ordered from.

I had called and emailed to schedule a delivery on the morning (8am-12noon) on a particular day, a week in advance, after being advised that after 5pm deliveries was not available. After taking half a day off work to await the delivery, nothing showed up. Sent through several emails afterwards and did not receive a single reply.

Desperate and disappointed, I gave Titus a call a few days later and was advised that a 6pm was in fact possible on that same day. No apologies whatsoever, but that's fine, at least I'm finally getting my delivery. Unsurprisingly, another no show, but I still wonder why they had not allowed an after 5pm delivery in the first place.

Received a phone call the following morning, asking if a 5pm delivery can be accepted that same day. Sure thing, I mean at this point, I had no faith nor expectations. Rushed home by 5pm, and waited.... and the driver finally calls at 6.50pm announcing his arrival. Went down to meet the driver, who was extremely reluctant (and ultimately did not agree) to make the delivery to my apartment unit, and yes, an elevator was available. "Moving you into the future" as their website proudly says in a delivery context, means good luck on carrying your own flatpacks I guess?

Overall, an extremely unreliable service, coupled by (not rude), but impolite customer service. I would definitely try my very best to avoid in the future.

Titus is a general freight company. Trucking freight from one end of the country to the other.

Poor ability to deliver, avoid and take your freight to Mainfreight who do pride themselves on delivery.

No stars is not an option - but that s what is deserved.
