I'm on Honda Accord number 2 (after 14 years with my first Honda Accord) and would not dream of taking my car any place but the First Texas Honda Service Department. My questions are always answered and the problems are always solved...professionally, courteously, and reliably. This last visit was no exception and I am grateful to Garrett who took considerable time to understand the issue and make sure it was resolved to my satisfaction and to Gabe who clearly identified the problem (complete with detailed photos) so that it could be fixed. Ahmad made sure I had a loaner car and kept in communication about the repairs and let me know when my car was ready. I would not take my car any place else. Thank you, First Texas Honda! :-)
