Asked the receptionist of Dermatology (with the short hair) if I can have a call back appointment with the doctor who prescribed me medication because I did not fully understand things.
Was not necessary according to the receptionist.
I told her I would like it myself.
After much sighing and moaning I was told that I would be called back by my attending physician.
On the day of the call appointment, I was called, but not by my attending physician.
So still has questions that have not been answered.
Very bad care if you ask me.
And the grumpy receptionist could be a little more human.
Bad information and the patient in the Dermatology department is not listened to.
Very unfortunate while this is an expertise center.
