I love Vivint. They respond quickly if your alarm goes off and they are very understanding if it is an accident. The customer service representatives are very friendly.
I've recently sold my house and have not found a new one yet. Vivint lets you place your account on hold and you do not need to pay your bill until you find a new home and they get your system installed. The time that your account is on hold is tact on to your contract.
If I had any complaints it would be that we I had the system installed it was two young men and they were rushing and they rushed me through the instructions. When they were finished they had to call in to finish the set up and then you need to speak with the person on the phone and at the end of the set up you are asked to review the installers. I don't fee comfortable reviewing them while they are standing right there.
