Airbnb is a shady company. I cancelled my entire reservation as the house is dirty and materially different from the listing, see attached photo comparison. Airbnb refused to admit the host has anything wrong and therefore don't give my $900 reservation back. I left a negative and honest review about the host and listing, but airbnb removed it. This is the reason most of the listing have a few but positive reviews as negative ones are all removed. This company should go bankcrupt. If you want to save money and time, Don't use airbnb.
