I have visited Hambleton Hall so many times and have never ever been spoken to so rudely as I just have!! Unbelievable! I tried to book a table for my wife s birthday and was met by rudeness, indifference and generally ignorant behaviour! It s not about the message but the manner in which it was delivered! Worse still when I asked the receptionist not to be rude, she actually told me she was not being rude! Note: customer service is in the eye of the beholder. Shocking. Such a shame that such an institution be sullied in such a way!
