I wish I could give them a -5 star rating because ...

I wish I could give them a -5 star rating because I would. They are unprofessional, i'm not sure anyone who works there has any idea what they're doing. It's surprises me that this company has gotten any good ratings considering that the hundred people I talked to all say that it is the worst customer service that they ever had to deal with as far as the parts and service Dept goes. If you want to wait for hours and feel like you are a huge burden or have no idea when your car might be done, then this is the place for you.
