My wife and I were in the market for a new Tacoma Pre-Runner and were extremely frustrated with the buying experience from other local dealerships until we decided to call Toyota of El Cajon. As customer's it is pretty simple, we want honesty and integrity and not this bait and switch game or blaming management for not being able to make the deal. We spoke to Hishim over the phone and gave him specifics as to what we were looking to achieve. He told us what he could do and asked us to come down, mind you this was at 7:45 on a Friday so we took a chance and headed down to the dealership. Upon arrival, Hishim introduced us to Shawn who was extremely pleasant. The entire process was painless and probably the best car buying experience we have EVER had. Great job Hishim and Shawn and thank you making this experience so delightful and painless.
