We had a very positive experience working with multiple people at Moon last week--service, sales, parts, accessories, finance. They were all very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and responsive to our many questions. We could tell they liked their jobs. It appeared to us that as a company Moon is well managed and does the right thing for their employees and customers. Although their location is not close to us, having a positive experience made the trip worth it. It's great to work with a company like this.
