Took my Honda Accord to First Texas Honda to have the transmission fluid changed. I figured they'd do the job right with real Honda transmission fluid. While I can only assume that they used the right fluid, they screwed up the undercarriage guard on my car by not attaching it properly. Proper attachment requires replacing the grommets that hold the guard in place if they break in installation. Instead of fixing it properly, they broke one and didn't replace it. A couple of months later, now my guard is dragging on the ground. I had to get under the car and hook it in place with wire ties until I can buy the grommets and fix it properly.

Never again will I go to this shoddy dealership. I'll take my Honda to Grand Imports instead. At least I know Ian's crew will do the job right.
