We picked up our band new 2018 Toyota Highlander yesterday and can't say enough about our salesman, Lou Bilous, and the dealership as a whole. Lou spent as much time as we needed explaining every feature of the car, syncing both our phones to the Bluetooth connection, waited while all our phone contacts were downloaded, made sure we were comfortable and happy before we drove off. He even texted us today to see if we had any questions or concerns and to make sure we were happy. All the folks were professional, friendly, and courteous. That's the way a business should be run.
