Great , i like it here , its been the 7th year in the row coming here . The reason im giving it a 4 star rate , its because this year many of waiters were very rude (a few of them are really good and super comfortable) and not that respectful mainly at Japanese restaurant. Also when we arrived when we firstly entered the room the bathroom had a strong and disgusting smell . Gloria used to be really great but its been some years where this resort is getting down and dropping some points . Wish you ll fix these problems and keep up the good work
