Had been trying to find this place and how to get there since before the plandemic. We were fortunate to find on this trip and visited yesterday before heading back to the airport. The view was lovely, service awesome and food was very tasty. We ordered in this order: Dry Martinis (with dirty on the side), Blue Point Oysters, Atlantic Salmon Sashimi, grilled Snapper Fish Tacos and the Dulce de Leche Volcano - didn't see on the menu, but unique to the restaurant, with two Cappuccinos. Was delish...the best salmon sashimi we ever had. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the bartender shook the martinis with the dry vermouth in the mix instead of coating the glass and out (in and out or "don't bruise the vermouth". Dry vermouth overpowers the vodka and ruins the flavor - but in defense of the bartender, that is almost becoming a lost art. I hope all bartending schools and teachers at bars be sure to carry on this tradition for those who appreciate the flavor of the product ordered. Kind of like putting mayonnaise sauce on sushi. Will certainly be back as our server Claudia promised she would remember how to make a dry martini. :)
