Went there over a week ago to mail a gift to a friend in Hilton Head. I was charged $48.13. Okay, I thought that was a lot for an 8x10 picture in a frame. Then I was emailed tracking info indicating it left their facility for the post office. After not hearing anything for 5 days, I called and was told the post office was slow and not good at tracking. Huh? Then why did you suggest sending it that way?. Bottom line is it is now in Greensboro, North Carolina winding its way through the system after 8 days. Will NEVER use that store again.
