It is a nice hotel. However they used bait and switch on me. The rooms are nothing spectacular. I booked a bungaloo with a swimming pool view and got one that had a back alley view. They then switched me to a king suite in their towers that was less expensive and did nothing to compensate me for it. And my 30 year old son had to sleep on a couch for the second bed.
The rooms, like I said, are not spectacular. The bathroom is standard and somewhat dated. Basic john and bathtub with shower head. Nothing special. The bedroom was standard with a king bed, and the suite had a small work desk, a tv, couch, and couple of chairs. All this for over $900 per night. I stayed at a Red Lion in Portland just two nights ago that was about the same for $179 per night. It looks like comp rooms like this around the area are less than $400 to $500 per night. The rooms are clean and above a hotel 6 standard, however I do not think they compare with something like Shutters on the Beach or other luxury hotels.
The grounds are nice for sitting around and chatting, with lounge chairs, a moderate size swimming pool, and a small hot tub. There are also some seating around fire pits around the pool area, near the bungaloos, if you get what you pay for.
Some rooms have internet provided, while others must pay for it.
I must say the front desk at other hotels seem to be more competent and able to get things done. It seems those here just go through the motions and pass off problems to their unseen and unknown staff they must talk to.

I feel that I did not get what I paid for and it was overly priced.
