Never ever have I ever experienced such an incredibly rude and demeaning company as this. I called after a letter I received. I went along with all they wanted in order to resolve it, except needing 1 more day to do it! They told me to call when I was ready and that it would go to collection and hung up. I called again and asked to speak with someone else and they told me I couldn't and hung up again. I again called and wanted to speak to someone different and again was told I could not. I couldn't believe this was an allowable practice. I was willing to pay and resolve the issue yet it almost seemed like they didn't want me to! All I can think was how incredibly evil this person was. Not sure how she sleeps at night. And shame on this company for having people like this on their staff.
