Lives up to its name. Excellent service from porter staff to front desk managers. You get what you are paying for.
Recommended highly, this uber place sits on a very good location, overlooking the Imperial Palace grounds, it provides easy access to the Palace Park, and all major shopping & food belts.
The spa & indoor heated pool at L6 is a must visit for those stating here, and both restaurants at the Lobby & L24 provides uber excellent foods... I especially like the high tea at the Lobby cafe.
Rooms are super comfy... i only wished they had provided me with an orthopaedic pillow that i had earlier requested... else everything is almost perfect.
Will come back for sure
