Buy your tickets online months in advance if possible. If they arent available keep checking the website. NO onsite ticket sales. 20% of the remaining days tickets are released at 9am the day prior get online and keep trying. Also the house is open until late evening which is helpful. The staff was very helpful and the museum well organized. A very somber experience.
