Nice hotel but is aged and needs an uplift especially the rooms. Room is not cold even with air conditioning at full blast. Bathroom is decor is really old with ceiling that is moldy. Staff are not friendly or helpful. We ask led concierge for directions to Mum Tri restaurant and she was not helpful and rude plus kept telling us it s 400 baht .. not useful. To make it worst it s full of loud Chinese tourist ...

Definitely should have gone for a boutique hotel instead .. disappointing experience so far. definitely not coming back ..
