I just called service dept and a lady rita or rena answered and apologize there computer is down for her to look up if sales rep matt kelly made appt for my car tomorrow but what i dont like is i felt like she trying to get rid of me as fast as she could. I think i deserve better. I should have not low balled myself for gmc. Next time go buy german
