Simply perfect. Very nice facility, excellent service and very kind staff.
We stayed at the Brunelleschi hotel on the occasion of my fiancee's birthday. A few days before our visit I contacted the hotel to have a cake, champagne and flowers and organize a small surprise on our return from dinner. I spoke to Mrs. Clarissa who organized everything flawlessly. Successful surprise and wonderful stay! Thank you!
