My service experience at Honda of Tysons Corner was 5 stars! This is the result of the Service Manager, Steven Farr. I had Steven service my car the last time I was in and because of his thorough and professional care of my car that time, was why I came back. It is not easy to come all the way from Burke to Tysons but I did it because I knew Steven would give me honest, and competent care. Honda should be proud to have Steven as their representative and manager. Right from the start he walked me through each step of the way. What impressed me most of all was how he cared while I was waiting for my car to be finished. He came to me periodically to check if I needed anything and to let me know how much longer I would have to wait. No one else does that. Honda has a golden asset in Mr. Farr and his excellent care of my car and the customers. Because of him I will be back to Tysons Honda instead of my neighborhood and much closer mechanic. Thank you for employing a caring, knowledgeable, and excellent employee.
