Brian was wonderful, very friendly, personable and made the entire process easy and safe. He was an expert at FaceTime, showing us all of the important aspects of the 2019 CRV. He even told us that it still smelled like a new car and he was right. Because we had to drive 2 hours to see the car in person, he made sure that it was still waiting for us and not sold to another interested buyer that morning.
