The staff spend a lot of time and effort to maintain the grounds which are beautiful. Lots of pools and nice water park. The room was not what I expected from a resort. The toilet ran all the time, the shower head leaked and squirted the ceiling which made the ceiling sag. Yuck. The little fridge did not get cold. The restaurant and bar are dark! The food in the restaurant is good but it closes early. The bar stops serving food early. Parking is a nightmare! There are no spots dedicated to each room. Spaces are limited and scattered around the outside of the buildings. Staff vehicles take up spaces. We had to park far from our room and although our room was identified as 2nd floor there were only stairs to get there. Not good if you have a lot of luggage and its 108 degrees. Too many downsides for me to go back.
