Very rude. Went for fingerprints without an appoin...

Very rude. Went for fingerprints without an appointment (which the website says you can do) gentlemen was very rude and told me they couldn t serve me because I didn t have an appointment. I said that the website said it was permitted. He got an attitude and said it would be awhile. Told me to wait by the door. But I Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not sure what the attitude was about.
