The most ATROCIOUS EXPERIENCE- through Covid, you think you d actually want to keep your customers! Ordered late, but you re still open, so I m expecting quality prepared food. Instead, I received an OPEN dish, like the top literally wasn t even snapped on, to a plate that looked like left overs to someone else s dinner. One piece of broccoli rabe, CARROTS in the dish (why?) and less than a full sausage. I also asked for napkins and a fork, really hard request to fulfill right guys?Ridiculous. I ve worked as a general manager in restaurants for years, and I understand wanting to go home after a late night and a rush, but this? This is completely unacceptable on all levels. I left a voicemail so I m expecting a call back from the management ASAP.
